Someone aught to start this, I suppose, so here goes.

The only place I'm really familiar with at all for body work beyond an insured fender bender claim is KJ's Auto Restoration, on Toloff just South of 88th. He's willing and able to resurrect these things from the grave if your pocket book allows. In the past he's even managed to work around mine a bit.

Talking to a fella with a 1970 Ghia who had to have body work done, front nose section of his Ghia was backed into (SIGH) and needless to say after all the heartache, his services were taken to and done beyond well by

Dan @ Classic Auto

Call and ask George if you have any questions about the service he got. (907)272-6768

I'm going to swing by Classic Auto and see if I can talk with Dan about my '70 camper. I'll let everyone know how it goes...

Thanks for the tip Ed.

Any other leads for bodywork? I'm looking to have some work done on a 1970 VW Westy.

Best to all...
